Warranty Conditions
At LUMI, we provide a 36-month (3-year) warranty on all our products.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be installed for domestic residential use only
The failure must be due to a manufacturing defect

The product must have been installed by a qualified professional, with installation documentation available
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
