Warranty Conditions At LUMI, we provide a 36-month (3-year) warranty on all our products. To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met: The product must be installed for domestic residential use only The failure must be due to a manufacturing defect Proof of purchase, including the purchase date, must be provided The product must have been installed by a qualified professional, with installation documentation available WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances: Improper care, misuse, or neglect Normal wear and tear from everyday use Damage caused by improper assembly or handling Damage incurred during installation Damage or deterioration due to inadequate maintenance or improper care Damage limited to external or product packaging Damage occurring after the product is in your possession Minor variations in colour, grain, finish, or dimensions that do not impact function or aesthetics Minor imperfections or surface blemishes that do not affect performance or appearance WARRANTY RESOLUTION If your claim is approved, LUMI will resolve the issue through replacement or repair, depending on the situation.

DISCOUNT CODES Discount codes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be redeemed as cash, store credit or after expiry.
