RETURNS & EXCHANGES – LUMI

At LUMI, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. Please review our policy below:

No Change-of-Mind Returns

LUMI does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
We encourage customers to contact us prior to purchasing if they have any questions about sizing, style, or product details.

Damaged or Faulty Items – Exchange Only

If your mirror arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost under our Damage-Free Guarantee.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage

Once inspected and approved, we will send out a replacement mirror as soon as possible.

Packaging Requirement

All damaged items must be returned in their original packaging. Mirrors not returned in appropriate packaging may not be eligible for replacement, as this can affect safe transport and inspection.
