Warranty

Every Lumi Cloud Chair is backed by a 2-Year Warranty, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty covers defects relating to the chair's frame, base, recline mechanism, gas lift, and structural components. If a manufacturing fault occurs during the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or provide replacement parts at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, commercial use, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from improper care or modifications.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected area.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
