TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order with Lumi, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below. Lumi reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Discount codes are not redeemable for cash, store credit, or transferable to another customer.

PRICING

Promotional pricing and sale offers are valid only during the advertised promotional period.

Once a promotion has ended, pricing cannot be adjusted, refunded, or applied to previous purchases.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We're pleased to offer free delivery Australia-wide on all Lumi orders.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes between 2–8 business days depending on your location.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

While courier delivery estimates are generally accurate, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been collected by the courier, Lumi is not responsible for transit delays. However, we will gladly assist in resolving any delivery issues where possible.

Delivery delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

In rare circumstances where delivery to a particular location is not feasible or shipping costs are excessive, Lumi reserves the right to cancel and fully refund the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer change-of-mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product:

  • Is unused and in original condition
  • Is returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Shows no signs of wear, damage, or assembly

The following conditions apply to all change-of-mind returns:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos and/or video evidence of the damage

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, Lumi will arrange a replacement under our Damage-Free Guarantee.

Damaged items are eligible for replacement only and are not eligible for refund.

WARRANTY

All Lumi products are backed by a 2-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

To qualify for warranty coverage:

  • The fault must be due to a manufacturing defect
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use or care
  • Incorrect assembly or installation
  • Commercial use
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage to packaging only
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Lack of maintenance or neglect

If a warranty claim is approved, Lumi may provide a repair, replacement, replacement part, store credit, or alternative solution at its discretion.

DAMAGE-FREE GUARANTEE

Our Damage-Free Guarantee is designed to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Claims may be declined where damage results from:

  • Improper handling after delivery
  • Incorrect assembly or installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Lack of reasonable care or maintenance
