Returns

Lumi offers change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• The product must be unused and in resalable condition
• All original packaging and accessories must be included

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Any original delivery charges are non-refundable
• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
