TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order from us, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below. LUMI reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be redeemed as cash, store credit or after expiry.

PRICING

Sale prices and promotions apply only within the specified promotional period. Once a promotion ends, pricing cannot be adjusted or reimbursed.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

LUMI partners with trusted Australian couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Orders dispatch within 1–2 days

  • Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days

Local Delivery (Melbourne)

For customers within 20km of our warehouse, a “LOCAL DELIVERY” option will appear at checkout.
Please allow 5–7 business days for local delivery. Our team will contact you to organise details.

Delivery Delays

While courier ETA estimates are generally accurate, delays can occur.
Once your order is collected by the courier, LUMI is no longer in control of transit time. We will assist where possible, but delays are not grounds for cancellation.

In rare cases where shipping to remote areas is not feasible, LUMI reserves the right to cancel and fully refund the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE (MEBLOURNE)

CHANGE OF MIND

LUMI does not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, customers may request an exchange if the item is faulty, within 7 days of receiving their order.

Exchange may fees apply:

  • Delivery fee for the new item

Items must be returned in unused, brand-new condition with all original packaging intact.
Used, installed, or damaged items cannot be exchanged.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Photos/Video Evidence of Damage

Once the item is collected and inspected (3–5 business days), LUMI will arrange a replacement under our Damage-Free Guarantee.
Damaged items are eligible for exchange only, not refund.

 

WARRANTY

All LUMI products include a 3 years warranty.

To qualify for warranty:

  • Product is used for residential purposes

  • Fault is due to manufacturing error

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Installation was done by a qualified professional (with documentation)

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Improper use or care

  • Damage from incorrect assembly or installation

  • Wear and tear

  • Minor variations in colour, finish or dimensions

  • Damage to packaging only

  • Damage after the customer takes possession

  • Lack of maintenance

If eligible, LUMI may resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or partial store-credit compensation.

 

DAMAGE-FREE GUARANTEE

Our Damage-Free Guarantee ensures your mirror arrives in perfect condition.
However, LUMI may reject claims if damage occurs after delivery due to:

  • Improper handling

  • Incorrect installation

  • Misuse

  • Lack of care or maintenance
